What we do

Liberia suffered 14 years of civil war that tore the country apart. Despite the country almost back to normal, the effect of the war can still be seen today as Liberians grapple with low agricultural production, poor household income, widespread poverty, trauma, poor healthcare systems, increased crime rate and poor school system just to name a few.

We work to unleash the inner strength of Liberian Children through our creative and engaging approach. We feed, educate, protect and provide shelter for orphans and children living on the street.

HALCYON Liberia's mission is to open schools to help educate Liberians, open hospitals and give Liberians a better life, decrease crime rate by educating street kids and showing them the path to a better life to make Liberia and the world as a whole a better place.
